Teeth Whitening
Book NowYour clinician isolates gums and applies professional-strength whitening gel (with or without light activation) in measured cycles. Shade changes are immediate, while protocols and desensitizing steps are tailored to your enamel and sensitivity.

Start desensitizing toothpaste 3–7 days if prone to sensitivity.
Avoid staining foods 24 hours pre. Brush/floss night before.
Hydrate lips; no lip stains/self-tanner day-of.
Disclose bonding/veneers.
Many patients see 2–8 shades of improvement in a single visit.
Gums are protected and formulas adjusted for comfort.
Uniform application minimizes streaking and patchiness.
Performed by trained staff with appropriate protection and aftercare.
Shade is recorded; lips/gums are isolated. Gel is applied in 1–3 cycles (total 60–90 minutes). You may feel brief “zingers” that fade after treatment.
Avoid dark foods/drinks and smoking for 24–48 hours to prevent re-staining.
Use sensitivity toothpaste or take-home desensitizers as directed.
Brush softly the first day; continue daily flossing and cleanings.
At-home trays or periodic visits help maintain your new shade.
