Ensure you eat prior to your teeth whitening appointment. You will be required to avoid eating or drinking anything other than water for at least 1 hour after treatment.
If you have any sores, cuts, or irritation in your mouth, consult your dentist prior to treatment to allow proper healing and minimize discomfort.
For optimal results, it is recommended to have a professional dental cleaning within 6 months prior to your teeth whitening treatment.
Remove any oral piercings before your appointment to ensure safety and comfort during the procedure.

Shade is recorded; lips/gums are isolated. Gel is applied in 1–3 cycles (total 60–90 minutes). You may feel brief “zingers” that fade after treatment.
For the first hour, drink only water and avoid all other food or beverages.
For the first 24 hours, avoid stain-causing foods and drinks such as coffee, tea, red wine, colas, tomato sauce, and blueberries.
Do not smoke for at least 24 hours following treatment, as this may affect your results.
White spots may appear temporarily after treatment due to calcium deposits or porous enamel. These typically resolve within 24 hours.
Mild tooth or gum sensitivity may occur after treatment and typically resolves within 30 minutes.
